One-day while I returned from town and so hungry, I rushed to the kitchen to grab some few bananas , I began munching on the bananas when I noticed that some of the avocados i had in the raw kitchen are fully ripe.
Being someone who hates wasting food, I started eating the avocado along with the banana and discovered a delicious new combination. Viola, this was the birth of this wonderful recipe.All i can say is; try it and let me know your verdict.
Banana (peeled and frozen)
Ginger (peeled and grated)
Pour coconut water into blender. Add the frozen banana and the ginger and blend.Now add your avocad and blend once again till smooth. Pour into a jug and enjoy.
