I love adventure. I love trying new things and experimenting whether something could go great. While wanting to prepare some salads this afternoon, my mind went like to combine few things in my kitchen to see how they’ll turned out. To my greatest surprise, I was not at all disappointed by this amazing simple yet satisfying soup. Without much to say, let’s get to the uncooked kitchen to have a taste.
1 tsp tahini
1 tsp turmeric powder
Pinch of salt
1 onion (sliced)
½ tsp Cayenne Powder
Half cup carrot juice
1 tsp olive oil
1 finger ginger (grated)
1 medium sized onion(chopped)
Pour carrot juice into a blender
Add turmeric, ginger, salt, tahini, half avocado then blend till smooth.
Add your olive oil and mix. Now decorate with the other half avocado, chopped onion and chili powder then serve.
